Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, England, Scotland and Wales.

Shipping is excluded to the following islands: Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Cyprus

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

  • Shipping costs flat rate of 4,90 EUR incl. VAT. 
    From an order value of 129,00 EUR we deliver free of shipping costs.
  • Shipping via DHL

Deliveries abroad:

  • For deliveries to Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary we charge up to 300,- EUR value of goods 12,90 EUR.
  • For deliveries to France, Spain, Italy
    we charge up to 129,- EUR value of goods 9,90 EUR
  • For deliveries to the Netherlands
    we charge up to 129,- EUR value of goods 7,90 EUR
  • For deliveries to Austria
    we charge up to 129,- EUR value of goods 10,90 EUR
  • For deliveries to Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania 
    we charge a flat rate of 12,90 EUR

  • From the above values of goods, we ship to the above countries free of shipping costs.

Shipping to Switzerland:

  • For deliveries to Switzerland we charge 9,90 EUR shipping costs.
  • We ship via Swiss Post 
  • Swiss customers pay their Swiss VAT of 7.7% directly in our store.
  • Thereby there are no further costs for customs and import.
  • However, for German delivery addresses we do not refund the VAT.

Shipping to the United Kingdom:

  • Shipping is free for orders totaling 129£ or more.
  • For orders under 129£, a shipping fee of 14.90£ will be applied.
  • UK customers will be charged a 20% VAT directly in our store.
  • There are no further costs for customs and import.
  • We do not ship to Northern Ireland.

Shipping to Australia:

  • For deliveries to Australia, we charge 198 AUD shipping costs.
  • When importing, 10% import sales tax and any customs duties will be added.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 14 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
