This one is our most popular DIY kit for compost toilets.

This has a 10 liters urine canister, as well as a 16 liters solids container. The compost insert here is individually selectable:

Separator oval or XL
Anthracite or white

lid with membrane seal. Simply order this as well.

The XL divider insert can either be used to completely cover the upper panel or cut to size as desired with a fine jigsaw.

Soweit gut

Also die Maße und Schablone für die Kiste sind sehr gut gemeint. Wer sich denkt, dass er Platz dazu gibt, sicherheitshalber, sollte sich zurück halten. Das Material scheint stabil. Für den Feststoffeimer habe ich mir ein Podest in die Kiste gebaut, weil ich Sorge habe, dass etwas vorbei spritzen könnte. Die "sichere" Lösung wird sein, die Tüte mit einem Weckgummi am Abgang zu befestigen. Wer gerne und gut bastelt, ist gut beraten. Wir werden es am WE ausprobieren. Und nur so als Tipp: Euroboxen sind nicht hoch genug, Kiste selber basteln braucht etwas Zeit. Ich habe Bootslack genommen, um die Holzkiste zu lackieren, bisschen Silikon für die Ecken und Abstandshalter und die billigste Klobrille, die ich im Baumarkt finden konnte.

Toilette seche DIY XL séparateur d urine

Très bon produit

manque adaptateur

1) très bien ce système. Pour info je mélange avec les excréments des épluchures et y place des lombric à compost (moins d'odeurs).
2) petits bémols :
- dans le kit, il n'est pas compris d'adaptateur pour l'urine (J'ai dû le commander à part un peu cher pour un bout de plastique)
- le schéma des dimensions du caisson à faire soi-même sur le site n'a pas les bonnes cotes pour le kit XL et ce schéma n'est pas dans le kit livré...
