Whether in a motorhome, garden, or at a market stall, Trelino® Splash provides you with mobile, hygienic water wherever and whenever you need it.
More than a traditional outdoor sink, Splash is your personal water station. Unlike conventional portable sinks with hand pumps, Splash features a built-in electric pump, eliminating the need for manual operation. The pump delivers a steady flow of up to 1.5 litres per minute with a simple touch – ideal for quick hand washing on campsite, rinsing dishes, or cleaning up during outdoor cooking.
With about one hour of continuous operation, Splash reliably handles multiple wash cycles, powered by a high-performance battery and charged via USB-C. No disposable batteries are needed. Whether brushing teeth, cooking, or making a cup of coffee, you choose between continuous flow or preset water volumes, using your water efficiently.
Made from high-quality ABS plastic with a PMMA coating, the Splash is durable and easy to clean. Its removable, foldable tap keeps the sink compact for storage, making it ideal as a compact camping sink with water tank, for vanlife kitchens, or for a garden sink portable setup.
Designed in Düsseldorf and carefully manufactured in Germany, Splash offers the same quality as our composting toilets. Made in Germany – reliable, robust, and comfortable, providing water anywhere without plumbing.
For those who need more water and a bit more space, Trelino® Splash is available in the L variant (10l). 1. How does the water dispensing work on the Trelino® Splash?
The Trelino® Splash functions as a mobile sink with two operating modes:

- Continuous mode: Simply press the water button.
- Automatic dosing: Use the clock icon to select 200 ml, 600 ml, or 800 ml.
This makes the Splash ideal for washing your hands, doing the washing-up, or for precise and highly efficient water usage while camping, in your van, or in the garden.
2. How long does the battery last and how do I charge the Trelino® Splash?
The integrated battery lasts for approximately 1 hour of continuous operation. You can easily recharge the sink via the USB-C port (a USB-A to USB-C cable is included). Thanks to its low power consumption, a single charge usually lasts for several days of outdoor use, depending on frequency.
3. How do I set up the Trelino® Splash?
The Splash is ready to use in no time – no tools required:
- Fill the fresh water container and place it inside the body.
- Assemble the washbasin according to the instructions.
- Place the tap onto the mounting adapter and feed the hose through the opening into the fresh water container.
- Place the sink insert onto the body, select your desired mode, and let the water flow.
Top tip: If the water flow is irregular, check that the hose is fully submerged in the water.
4. How should I clean and maintain the Trelino® Splash?
To ensure a long lifespan and hygienic use, please note the following:

- The silicone hose can be sterilised in boiling water.
- Do not use chemical cleaners, solvents, or abrasive creams.
- The unit is not dishwasher or washing machine safe.
- If not in use for a long period, empty and dry the unit, and store it in a well-ventilated place.
- Use mild dishwashing detergent.
This ensures your mobile sink system remains clean and fully functional for years to come.
5. How do I correctly dispose of the Trelino® Splash battery?
As the Trelino® Splash contains an integrated battery, it must not be disposed of in your household waste. Please take the tap (which contains the integrated pump) to a local authority collection point or a specialist retailer (WEEE recycling). This ensures the battery is recycled environmentally and that valuable raw materials are recovered.
- Use only for the intended purpose.
- Be careful when opening/ closing the lid and/ or upper section to avoid trapping your fingers.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not use Trelino® as a step, ladder, ladder substitute, or staircase.
